Brochure with a separate technical folder for Hills Cairo, a large scale mixed-use development on the main Alexandria Desert Road. The brochure large format, and bilingual design target investors and developers interested in projects with key commercial spaces, a university, and a hospital at the vicinity of a luxurious residential compound. Earth colors and high contrast with special die cuts and cover finishes mark the strong character of a large scale development emerging in the desert.
